  • Manage tax compliance processes across the EMEA region, ensuring adherence to local regulations.
  • Provide tax advisory support to internal stakeholders and business units.
  • Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the business.
  • Coordinate with external advisors to ensure accurate tax reporting and filings.
  • Support tax audits and resolve any queries from tax authorities.
  • Assist in the implementation of tax-efficient structures and processes.
  • Prepare and review tax provisions and disclosures for financial reporting purposes.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate tax accounting and compliance.

Profile

A successful EMEA Tax Manager should have:

  • Strong knowledge of tax legislation within the EMEA region.
  • Experience in managing tax compliance and advisory for multinational organisations.
  • Proficiency in tax accounting and financial reporting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Relevant professional qualification in tax or accounting.
  • Experience in the leisure, travel & tourism industry is advantageous.
